There is a cleaning fee of $65.00 for the 2 bedroom unit per stay.
There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 for the 5 bedroom unit per stay.
Cleaning fee payable in cash upon arrival.
A security deposit check equal to 1/2 of your reservation amount is due and payable to our mailing address in advance of your arrival.
Full rental amount is due upon arrival(cash or check) and security deposit check will be returned upon your departure if premises is left in the condition you found it. If there is any extraordinary cleaning needed, your security deposit will be returned within ten days and a cleaning fee of $25.00 per hour will be deducted. Please see our lease.
Sorry, we do not rent to students or singles under 21 unless accompanied by an onsite parent or adult guardian over 25 who will accept responsibility for the entire group.
